ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has directed the Ministry of Federal Education for construction of Danish Schools in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The Prime Minister instructed the education ministry to secure state land for Danish Schools where children from poor families would be imparted quality education.
He also directed that all formalities, including allotment of land, should be completed in the shortest possible time.
Earlier, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) at a special board meeting held last week had decided to allot a plot of acre for Danish School in Islamabad.
As many as 1,000 children selected on merit would be admitted in these schools, which would also have boarding facility. Besides, the schools will have highly qualified faculty.
