According to a media report, a big chunk of electable were being joined the PML-N in the wake of up-coming general elections of the region to be held during the year 2025 and PML-N may give the surprise during the next elections of the region. As per report, dialogue has been completed with various influential persons and they were ready to join the PML-N and these were including the ministers of the incumbent government, special assistant to CM and Members of the Assembly belonging to opposition benches of the Assembly. Media report claimed that PML-N has finalized dialogue with a candidate from a constituency of District Ghanche, where-as dialogue has also been finalized with Minister of the regional government Mushtaq Ahmed, Member Assembly WazirSaleem, Member AssemblyJaved Manawa, Eman Shah, ZafarShadamKhail and others. Where-as these persons would join the party very soon. Earlier, some electable have already joined the PPP on the eve of 57th raising day ceremony of the party, which was held during the first week of this month.
Incumbent Assembly of the region would complete its five year tenure during the month of November 2025, if not dissolved earlier and thereafter, general elections of the region would be held in the region to elect 24 Members of the regional Assembly .Present Government of the region was comprises of PML-N, PPP, Members belonging to a fiction of PTI and others led by Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan and the region was not being ruled by any specific political party rather the region was ruled Members belonging to different parties, if the Assembly would complete the term as per Governance Order-2018, next elections would be held during the year of 2026 and in case of earlier dissolution of the regional Assembly, general elections of the region may be possible in the year of 2025. Now according to a media report, a big chunk of electable were being joined the PML-N and party may give the surprise during the next elections of the region and persons who were claimed to be joined the PML-N were sitting Ministers, Members of the Assembly belonging to opposition benches, a Special Assistant to CM and others. It may be pertinent to mention here that PML-N had ruled the region from 2015 to 2020, but it had only won two general seats during the polls of 2020 and former Chief Minister/PML-N regional chapter President HafeezurRehman was defeated in the said elections. It was general perception in the region that ruling party of the Centre always forms government in the region by manipulating the regional polls, which was evident from the results of previous three general elections of the region held in 2009, 2015 and 2020 as the PPP had formed the government in 2009, PML-N had formed the government in 2015 and PTI had formed the government in 2020 respectively, but the government of PTI was replaced due to fake degree case of ex-Chief Minister of the area Khalid Khurshid. It may be imperative to mention here that PPP regional chapter President AmjadHussain had also claimed that despite of PML-N led federal government, his part would win the next general elections of the region and his party would face a tough competition with the PML-N during the next elections of the area. Though becoming the turncoats in the politics of the country had become the fashion and such type of practice could not be ruled-out in the region and electable of the area were always preferred to the join the ruling party in order to secure their vested interest and not for the interest and welfare of the general masses of the area.We may expect that people of the region would support and vote to the political parties of the region on the basis of their performance and contribution for the area during the next elections of the area and would reject the turncoats…
